Closing pressure

Closers handle so many high-pressure situations — it takes a special kind of athlete to be able to handle that. Then to be able to do the job as well as someone like Mariano Rivera… well, there’s no wonder he was such a celebrated reliever.
No kidding! I get squeeze, just watching those situations. Good toon. 🙂
Final inning… close score… some of the best moments in baseball. And moments when I’m glad it’s not me 😉
Absolutely! And they look so business like. The nods and signs back and forth between the pitcher and catcher. Yet their guts must be churning. 🙂
