Behind-the-back trick pitch

For a dose of humor, here’s a video featuring a pitch tossed behind the pitcher’s back, complete with a full overhand pitching motion.  I’m not sure what the deal is with the weird speech bubbles, and I have no insight as to the purpose behind this video (other than for the comic relief), but it sure would make for an interesting twist to see something like this in a real game.  I think it would have to be a more accurate throw than this, though, to merit a strike called.

If anyone speaks Japanese, I’d be curious on your input regarding the dialogue here.

Sorry, but that pitch was NOT a strike. 🙂
