I remember making out to this song in high school. I was gunned down at second. 🙂
Possibly the only meeting of Ellen Foley and Phil Rizzuto in popular culture. Back in the day, when this tune was playing in the bars, when Ms. Foley asked “Do you love me?”, the responsorial was to shout “NO!!!” at the top of one’s lungs.
