    a guy managing the same team for over 50 years seems amazing but I think he also owned the team so he could probably do whatever he wanted, but still he won 5 world series and 9 AL Pennants and that’s a lot.

    • And he won almost 1,000 more games than any other manager, which is also a lot. Very impressive. And I dig his real name, Cornelius McGillicuddy, Sr. Wouldn’t wanted to have been him as a school boy, though.
