It was like magic when musicians from some of my favorite bands coalesced into a super group that only plays songs about baseball. I hope you get a chance to see them live some day … their lives shows are awesome (Scott has recovered from his stroke and is playing live again … and when I’ve seen them, they’ve tossed in an REM tune too as a bonus!) It would be so fun for someone would turn some of their tunes into videos. 🙂
I poke in on their schedule now and then for tour dates. I definitely want to jump on it should they ever come my way! I’m glad to hear Scott is recovering — strokes are scary business.
I have read that Ted referred to himself exactly that way.
