i’ve read this quote a few times in gthe last 3 minutes and I’m not sure i understand it; maybe there’s a verb missing? Anyway, I think I get it now; something about staying focused? .
You’re actually not the first person to bring the weird wording to my attention. I did additional searches, but the wording I have here is correct. The only thing I can come up with is that Abbott skipped the verb in his normal speaking, and the quote is literally word-for-word.
