Carl Yastrzemski’s Hall of Fame speech

We don’t often think about the myriad of folks providing support behind the scenes for great athletes, but Yastrzemski does a phenomenal job of talking about just that here.
A throwback to the days when players were humble, gracious, and unflamboyant. Carl is a class act, and was my favorite player as a young child. When our family dog had puppies, I named mine Yaz. 🙂
That’s so great. It does make a cool name for a pup 🙂
