The lineup is a little out of date, but the mechanics and physics of throwing all the various pitches never fail to fascinate. My own half-hearted attempts at throwing a curve ball as a kid never proved fruitful, but then, I was never that committed to becoming a pitcher.
A reference guide for me the next time I watch the Blue Jays.
