  1. People are going to read Cone’s quote in a few years and be like, “no clock? I’m not a fan of the pitch clock. I think they could find other ways to speed up the game like maybe less time between innings. I assume they take all that time for advertising’s sake.

    1. I agree! I think it’s especially noticeable when you’re actually at the ballpark. Like, no, I don’t want to see more of the mascot. Let’s get back to the game, already.
