I wonder if there’s any correlation; psychologically and biologically and what not, between Yogi’s great sayings and his ability to hit for power and strike out so few times. There’s a great list on baseball reference of more home runs than strikeouts in a season. Yogi is on the list a few times. Thanks for pointing that out. I missed it. Wow, that raises up George Brett even higher in my estimation and he was already in the stratosphere.
